No. Your presence is not required. You are welcome to attend if you wish, but our inspectors work best without interruptions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

8. Do you inspect vehicles at private homes or dealerships?

Yes. We provide mobile inspections and can inspect vehicles at private residences, dealerships, offices, or any agreed location, provided the seller grants access.

Most inspections take between 1 and 3 hours, depending on the vehicle type, condition, and inspection package selected.

10. Can you detect odometer tampering?

We check interior wear, service indicators, and electronic data where possible. While not guaranteed, inconsistencies are often identified and reported.

11. Do you perform a test drive?

Yes, when permitted by the seller and when the vehicle is safe and legal to drive. If a test drive is not possible, this will be noted in the report.

No. We do not perform repairs. This ensures our inspections remain independent, unbiased, and conflict-free.

No. Reports are prepared exclusively for the client unless you choose to share them.

15. What happens if the car is sold before the inspection?

If the vehicle is sold before inspection, your order may be transferred to another vehicle or refunded or credited according to our cancellation policy.

16. Is the inspection guaranteed?

No. Inspections reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection only and cannot guarantee future performance or reliability.

17. Can you detect hidden or future mechanical faults?

No. Hidden defects, internal wear, or future failures may not be visible without dismantling components and cannot be guaranteed.

18.What if the seller won't allow the inspection?

We'll coordinate with the seller, but if they refuse or interfere, we may end the inspection early. In such cases, you'll receive a partial report or credit/refund at our discretion. We have zero tolerance for harassment or attempts to influence results

20. Is the inspection intrusive or destructive?

No. All inspections are non-intrusive. We do not dismantle, disassemble, or remove internal engine, gearbox, or mechanical components.

Yes. Our team or the inspector can walk you through the report findings and answer any questions after the inspection
